Whole Wheat Double Chocolate Muffins

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 1/2 cup buttermilk or kefir
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cup cane sugar*
1/3 cup chocolate chips (or more)

Mix dry ingredients. Then wet, just until blended. Fold in chocolate chips last.
Bake at 375 15  minutes.

*These are mildly sweet, like plain cake. You may want to add 1/4 cup more sugar or so.
