This is a new twist on the old favorite.
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup powdered milk
1/2 t vanilla
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped peanuts
Cream the peanut butter, honey, powdered milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Knead slightly and roll into balls. Roll in the chopped peanuts.
These look like a great snack for the kids, and a great form of protein! Im going to put these on the menu for snacks to make up! I love having a good running supply of easy snacks for the kiddos to grab during the day! Thanks so much!
