3 mashed bananas
4 eggs
2 T cane sugar (or white)
1/3 cup oil or melted butter
4 cups milk
1 t salt
1 T baking powder
1 t cinnamon
2 cups plain flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup walnut pieces
Mix ingredients in order, in mixer or with a blender.
Cook on hot buttered griddle, ladling out approx. 1/4 cup per pancake.
To Freeze: Allow to cool completely on baker's rack before freezing.
