2lbs ground meat (turkey, chicken, beef, or a mix)
1 pkg taco seasoning (or homemade)
1/4 cup water
Mix all three and pat in the bottom and up the sides of a 9x13.
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1 can sliced black olives
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
Mix well and spread over ground meat.
Top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake 375 for 40 minutes.
-you can drop the veggies, or mix and match others
-you can use low fat ingredients
-you can half this recipe and bake in a 9 inch pie plate
I usually serve it with a salad, black bean salsa, confetti, re-fried beans (and maybe rice), etc.
