Baked beans (lunch)
Baked Beans- simple!
5 Cups leftover white beans
1 cup jelly(yes!)
1 1/2 cups finely chopped onions
1 1/2 cups of ketchup
Opt.- dash of Worcestershire, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t black pepper
Mix in a large baking dish and bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
(NOTE: This was our "Vegetable Plate Lunch" served with bread and pies for dessert.)
