CRUSTY CHICKEN


1 1/2 lbs chicken breast (whole or tenders)
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 T dried onions
2 t garlic powder
(you may season this in a variety of ways by adding other herbs)
Preheat oven to 425.
Combine mayo and cheese in a bowl and mix well.
Dip chicken in the mixture and place on sprayed non-stick baking sheet. Use any remaining mixture to spread on top. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Whirl bread crumbs and dried onions in mini processor and sprinkle across the chicken and pat.(If you don't have processor, use onion powder in bread crumbs.)
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

This has a very good flavor, even one of my pickier eaters liked it! The picture does not do it justice.
