HOMEMADE BISCUIT TIPS


A TIP FOR BISCUITS:

Instead of cutting your dough on the counter, lay the entire batch of dough on a baking sheet, and cut with a biscuit cutter and bake as is.

No need to knead again!

No tough (over-kneaded) dough either and even the scraps can be crumbled up for gravy!

*Another tip: extra shortening will make for a nice and fluffier biscuit.
