MUSTARD POTATOES

Scrub potatoes, and cube as many as you need for your family.
In large bag, mix:
1/3 cup olive oil, 
1/2 cup mustard, 
dash of cayenne, 
1t all-purpose seasoning like Essence or Lawry's, etc, 
2 teaspoons of basil and/or parsley, 
and any other seasonings that you might like.
Mix all well in the corner of the bag and toss in your potatoes and shake.
Pour into sprayed 9x13, or the size that you need. Bake at 425 for 40 minutes or until golden.

I just made these and they were a hit. I normally do the parmesan ones but that is so expensive here and this is a great alternative and lower fat too. Thanks
