SPROUTED WHEAT


This was a nice project for the kids and added fun for me in the kitchen!
I used them on salads. That went over pretty good.
I used some in a loaf of bread-- that didn't go over as well so I then made Bread Pudding with the loaf and that went over a little better.
I've read that you can put them in soups and stir frys; I hope to try those soon.
Anyone else tried anything different with these?
I would love to hear how it turned out!
