These are a quick alternative to a sandwich and served with a salad, they make for a pretty well-rounded meal.
Simply dice turkey ham and heat in a small fry pan. (Amount is according to how many servings that you need.)
Chop green onions.
Shred cheese of choice, if necessary.
Use margarine or butter to cook quesadillas in.
Place one tortilla in the pan and top with ham, green onions, and cheese; top with another tortilla, lightly coated in margarine or butter. Flip when the bottom tortilla is lightly browned and cook other side.
Place on plate and slice in wedges with a pizza cutter and serve.
