Got pumpkin?

If you have some nice early pumpkins in your garden, consider frying them! I seeded the pumpkin, sliced it, then removed the peel, cut into pieces, and dipped it into flour, with salt and pepper. I then dropped these pretties into some hot oil and wallah! Fried pumpkin!
*Served here with roast, potatoes, and carrots.

I can't believe you have pumpkin already. Mine are so tiny (size of a golf ball) I won't be seeing a pumpking for a good 6 weeks or more. I would love to live warmer for gardening season.

I've been real blessed with the pumpkins, they've gone wild! I have to move the vine every day to keep it from taking over! :-)
