Laura's Breakfast Cookies....mmm

Breakfast and Cookies? go together? Certainly with this wholesome recipe from Laura!

We loved her Giant Breakfast Cookies so much that we made TWO batches so we would have some for snacks as well as one big one to eat with breakfast!
