Some more homemade Beef Jerky

A little Teriyaki Sauce, Soy Sauce, salt, fresh pepper, and some sliced steaks and roast--simple as that!
I marinate the meat for about 24 hours, lay it out on the dehydrator trays so it can drain, salt them again, and dry through the night.
My whole crew love to snack on this meat. It's perfect for packing in my bag to take on outings for snacks.
