I love steamed veggies! They have lots more flavor and retain more nutrients! This is a Bamboo Steamer that can be bought at Walmart for about $10! A pretty good deal when you look around at some other kinds. They can range from $40 on up to a $100 +.
They can even be used to steam fish!
