Coffee + Cake = my kind of language!
I found this recipe HERE at GlimpseofSonshine's.
A very nice treat! I played with the recipe a bit, with wonderful results.
(*I used some kefir in place of the sour cream and half wheat flour. It made a heavy, dense, rich cake. )
Well worth a try! Great as a snack or with your coffee at breakfast!
