This dish was a huge hit! I'm so glad that I tried it! We'll be seeing more of it and it's soooooooooo easy!

To cook kale, wash and chop into bite size pieces. Heat olive oil (scant 1/4 cup) and toss in one chopped onion and 1 clove of minced garlic. Once onions are clear, toss in the greens and cook, stirring until greens are bright and wilted. Salt and pepper to taste. Delicious!
