Gratituesday.....GO VOTE!

I'm so thankful for Laura's post on this Gratituesday! It is so comforting to remember that God is still God!
I'm also thankful for something else today............
It's the RIGHT TO VOTE!
Below, you'll see a picture taken of a Suffrage Parade.
If it were not for those women ...and men....we would not have the privilege to even have our voice heard at the ballot box today.
Praise the Lord....for this special privilege today!

Please take advantage of it!
-Take your kids along and show them how it's done! They'll love it!-
May God have His will today!
Have a great week...and for more about Gratituesday, visit Laura's!
(*Still not sure who to vote for? HERE is a voter's guide. It simply compares the two.)

I remember when my hubby took our son with him to vote. Marcus was so proud of his vote sticker. (that was 14 years ago)
This year our 16 year old son has been following the election with much interest.
Happy Election Day!

First I want to say, I LOVE THE NEW BLOG LOOK!
Next! Isn't it great that we all have a choice to vote??? When long ago there was no choice, in fact the choice for woman was... YOU CAN'T!!!!!

My poor kids, I have been voting by absentee ballot for so long, I don't think they have ever seen a polling place! I am thankful that I can vote, no matter where I have lived!

It truly is a blessing to be able to vote! It means that we live in a democratic nation! My hubby and I took our kids with us, I think they mostly liked the stickers!

A friend of mine created a "voting booth" with her kids...and a bunch of us are taking our kids over today to "vote". Should be a fun experience for them!

Hm, I hope she thought of stickers too!
