Another easy way to cook tilapia...

I didn't take a pic...yeah, my camera is full and I'm wayyyy behind!
But....butter your baking dish (yes, real butter).
Place fish in pan, baste with melted butter.
Lightly sprinkle with Parmesan and then Lawry's seasoning.
Bake at 425 approx. 20 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
WOW! Really good and easy!
(I served with sweet potatoes, couscous, and leftover crowder peas.)

I have given up trying to find tilapia here. I finally figured out it must be similar to cod??? Oh well I use that anyways and it tastes really good. You always remind me to cook fish, without your posts I seriously think I would never remember to eat it.
