N.T. Meringue Cookies...

My favorite cake ..since I was a little girl: German Chocolate!
These little crispy things pack a big punch of sweetness and taste!
The maple syrup in this recipe will fill your home with sweetness for hours while these are baking/drying in the oven. I went by the recipe exactly, using fresh egg whites (leftover from the yolks needed for the b-day cake icing). I left them in the oven overnight with the light on, to continue drying them. A very nice thing to wake up to!
NO ONE could eat just one!
