Crumby Fish

white fish, I used tilapia
1 and 1/2 sleeves of regular crackers, crushed
3/4 of a stick of butter, melted
1 1/2 t onion powder
1 T parsley
salt and pepper
Mix all.
Dip fish in 3/4 cup milk whisked with 2 beaten eggs.
Then dip in cracker crumb mix.
Place on buttered pan and bake at 400 15 to 20 minutes until fish flakes with fork.
