I've been wanting to try this bread- and since I'm out of wheat- it was the perfect time!I saw this recipe listed on Gayle's weekly menu but you can find the recipe HERE!
It makes 2 loaves and usually they are baked in a round dish but I wanted to use my oval dish!It was very pretty and very good! I sliced it and the kids scooped it full of jellied plums and gobbled it down!

The kiddies ate the second loaf at breakfast with those jellied plums (from you!)!
