(Its easy if you have some leftover diced chicken already cooked up.)

3 cups cooked, diced chicken
1 pkg egg noodles (cook while making the sauce)
Once noodles are cooked, drain and toss in 1 cup Parmesan cheese. Pour into buttered 9x13.
To make the sauce, in a large pot melt:
1/4 cup butter
Once melted, stir in;
4 T unbleached flour
Whisk in;
1 cup heavy cream (or milk)
3 cups chicken broth
Heat the sauce and stir often until it begins to thicken. Toss in cooked diced chicken and salt to taste. Pour over noodles, toss to coat well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 375 for approx. 20 minutes.
