Iced Graham Bites..



3 cups fresh ground whole wheat flour
1 t baking powder
3 T cocoa
1/4 t salt
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup cane sugar
1/3 cup melted, cooled butter
1 egg, lightly beaten
several teaspoons of water

Mix butter and honey.
Add cocoa, salt, sugar, baking powder, and blend well.
Add in flour and knead into a ball.
Add water by the teaspoons just until you have the dough where it will hold together but not be sticky and tacky.

Roll out dough onto waxed paper. Cut with sharp knife or cookie cutters into desired shapes.
With spatula, lift to baking sheet. Bake at 350 for approx. 12 minutes. Leave on baking sheet for one minute, then remove to baker's rack to cool. Frost.

Icing:
1 stick up butter, creamed well
1 t vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa
3 + cups powdered sugar
milk, approx. 1 to 3 T

Cream butter, vanilla. Add cocoa, then sugar. Add milk a little at a time until fluffy.
