Basil-Mayo Chicken Wraps

1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup your favorite mayo
Mix and allow to stand while you prepare the chicken.

Heat fry pan, spray lightly with non-stick.
Slice 2 bell peppers in strips, toss in pan.
Cut 2 lbs of chicken breasts in thin 1/4 inch strips and toss in pan.
When chicken is almost done, toss in 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
Drain chicken.

Spread heated tortilla wraps with basil-mayo.
Add chicken and pepper strips, sliced tomatoes, and spinach leaves.
