These are more suited for summer but they have some great vitamins, making them perfect for winter too!
They are quite tangy and sure to be a hit with my sour-loving kiddies!
1 can room temp orange juice
4 cups frozen whole strawberries
1 can crushed pineapple, juice and fruit
1/2 cup cane (or plain) sugar
2 T lemon juice, real or bottled
Puree the fruit in blender. Pour or ladle into muffin tins lined with cupcake papers. Freeze. Once frozen the cups can be placed in large Ziploc bags and served at will.
Treats for days!
