Cream together:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cane sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 t vanilla
1 cup (natural) peanut butter
Mix in;
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 cup wheat flour
1 1/2 cups plain flour
Lastly;
1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto buttered cookie sheet.
Bake for approx. 9 minutes (unless you make them bigger!) at 375.
Cool for 1 minute then transfer to baker's rack to cool completely.
*You can mix up your flours and peanut butter in this recipe.
