Poppy Seed Muffins-




1 cup wheat flour**
1 cup white flour
3 t poppy seeds
1/4 t salt
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla


Combine the last 4 wet ingredients in small bowl and dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add both together.

Spoon into muffin tins, sprayed with non-stick, and bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12 regular or 6 jumbo muffins.

*Optional; 3 T ground flax
*opt. 2 t lemon zest
**Can use all white flour.
