Strawberry Waffle-cake

This is something that we like hot or cold.

It's a simple boxed waffle, toasted. Then some strawberries, partially thawed, whirled in a blender with a little sugar and one cup of ice water. * If we fix it hot, we thaw the strawberries, whirl them with some sugar and water or milk and heat in a pot until bubbly. Then we top it with a dollop of whipped cream.

We like it hot for breakfast, and cold for a snack!
