SALMON LOAF

2 cans of salmon, drained
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp melted butter
1 small onion, chopped finely
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup buttermilk
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients in order. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 400 until brown. (45 mins to 1 hour)

**Seen here with green peas and mashed potatoes. Easy lunch or supper!
