SHERRIED TURKEY


3 TO 4 CUPS LEFTOVER CHOPPED TURKEY
1 16OZ PACKAGE OF FROZEN BROCOLLI
1/4 CUP BUTTER
1/3 CUP SHERRY COOKING WINE
1 T WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 CUP BROTH
1/2 CUP MILK
1/4 CUP FLOUR
1/3 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
SALT AND PEPPER
COOK BROCCOLI UNTIL TENDER. TOSS TURKEY IN WITH BROCCOLI IN CASSEROLE DISH.
WITH BUTTER, FLOUR, MILK, SHERRY, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, AND BROTH; MAKE A CREAM SAUCE. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. POUR OVER TURKEY AND BROCCOLI.
TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE AND BAKE AT 425 FOR 30 MINUTES.
TIP:SERVE OVER RICE IF YOU LIKE! CAN REPLACE SHERRY WITH BROTH IF YOU LIKE AS WELL.
