BROILED SALMON PATTIES

3 CANS OF DRAINED SALMON, FLAKED
1/3 CUP EGG WHITES
1/3 CUP MILK
1 SLEEVE CRUSHED SALTINE CRACKERS

Preheat broiler.

Mix all and pat out into patties. (Approx.12)

Broil approx. 8 minutes and flip and broil 5 more minutes.

Salmon patties without grease! What could be better!




Served here with corn, speckled butter beans, and french bread.

I just did up my menu for the month of May and half is from your recipes. Also what are spekled beans? I just made a pot of molasses baked beans and I am desperately trying to find a recipe I love. They were a good flavour but they were pasty. I like them the texture out of the can but would like to avoid that if at all possible. Any ideas?
