GLAZED CRANBERRY BREAD



3/4 c flour

1 c wheat flour

1/4 c quick oats

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

3/4 cup plain yogurt

1/3 c honey

1 egg

1 cup dried cranberries


*(add a couple of extra tablespoons of water if needed)


Mix and spread into sprayed loaf pan.


GLAZE:

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons orange juice


Allow bread to cool 5 to 10 minutes and poke holes in the top with a toothpick and pour glaze over, allowing it to soak into the holes.


*This basic recipe would make for a good start on a fruit cake/bread!
DH said it would be a great gift at Christmas!
