LEFTOVER FRENCH BREAD PIZZA BREAD


REMEMBER ALL THAT FRENCH BREAD THAT I MADE? WELL, HERE'S WHAT I DID WITH SOME OF THE LEFTOVER BREAD FOR LUNCH THE NEXT DAY.
I SLICED THE BREAD UP AND SPREAD WITH SPAGHETTI SAUCE, LEFTOVER VEGGIES LIKE TOMATOES -ONIONS-MUSHROOMS, THEN TOPPED WITH MOZZARELLA AND PARMESAN CHEESE AND PIZZA SEASONINGS.
I THEN TOASTED THEM UNDER THE BROILER UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTED.
YUMMY! BUT TOP AS YOU LIKE.
SERVED HERE WITH A SALAD. WOULD YOU BELIEVE THAT SINCE THIS MEAL WAS MOSTLY LEFTOVERS THAT IT ONLY COST ME ABOUT $2 TO FEED 8 WITH LEFTOVERS!?!?!?
