Tasty Chicken Fajitas

1 1/2 to 2 lbs chicken cut into strips
1 t cumin
1 1/2 t chili powder
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 to 2 T cilantro (to taste--I don't like much)
3 medium bell peppers, cut into strips
1 large onion sliced into strips
1/4 cup lime juice

16 small whole wheat tortillas

Mix garlic, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, and soy sauce.
Coat chicken in sauce mix.
Chill one hour.
Spray non-stick skillet, heat, add chicken.
Cook chicken until no longer pink.
Add peppers and onions.
Cook 5 more minutes or so.
Drizzle with lime juice.
Remove from heat and serve!

Hi there, I am back to the world of blogging, although you were on my reader so I never left here. We too love mexican and wanted to start using creme fraiche. I cannot find starter as of yet, did you buy some local?
