Light Ground Beef Fajitas


1 pound of extra lean ground beef
1 onion sliced
2 peppers sliced (I used red and green)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Brown, drain.
Add:
1 diced tomato
1 cup salsa
3/4 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve in whole wheat tortillas topped with fat free cheese.
(Served here with lettuce, Spanish rice, refried beans, fat free cheese; layered in a salad.)
