QUICK BREAKFAST MUFFINS


1 1/2 CUPS HEALTHY BISQUICK
1/4 CUP GROUND FLAX
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1/3 CUP RAISINS
1/3 CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES
1 HEAPING TABLESPOON FAT-FREE MAYO
1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
MIX AND BAKE IN MUFFIN CUPS AT 425 FOR 12 TO 15 MINS.
TOP WITH A LITTLE CINNAMON AND SUGAR IF YOU LIKE.
