Chicken Picante Wraps

Remember all that chicken I cooked the other day? Well, this is batch #2!

I thawed one batch of the shredded, cooked, chicken breast meat. (About 2 cups)
I heated about 3/4 cu water in a small fry pan and dissolved 1 bouillon cube in it and added some freshly ground pepper and about 1/2 chili powder; then tossed in the chicken to heat it through and moisten it up!

On the wraps:
a little light mayo
a piece of lettuce
a scoop of chicken
a spoon of pic ante sauce
and a little shredded cheese (I used a Mexican cheese as it was on sale.)
They were super yummy!

Served here with chips and a toss of:
1 can drained and rinsed red kidney beans
1 can drained and rinsed black beans
1 can drained, diced tomatoes
1 can corn drained
1 t parsley
1/4 cup chopped onion
Italian Dressing to taste-about 1/4 cup
OVER CHIPS!

Total meal cost about $4.50! And it's super quick!
