
2 1/2 CUPS COCONUT
2/3 CUP SUGAR
6 T FLOUR
1/4 t SALT
4 EGG WHITES
1 t ALMOND EXTRACT
HEAT OVEN 325.
MIX: coconut, flour, salt
STIR IN: egg whites and almond extract
BAKE: approx. 18 minutes until edges just begin to turn gold
Remove from pans immediately.
Top with an almond, if you like. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips or bark if desired.
So good and easy!!!
