I know that sounds like a bunch but-
THEY ARE NORMALLY OVER 100!
It made for a great b-day surprise!
It is as tall as she is and has drawers in the bottom. There was one spot that I had to touch up with paint, but other than that it was new! DH found it and said when he got it there were about 3 other people swooning over it! Glad he was able to snatch it up!
BTW, the dress she has on was bought at a thrift too. It is OshKosh and was bought for $2 and was new, heavy denim.

That is a GREAT doll house- my daughter would love it!
And price is really relative with the thrift store; I figure if I pay 25% or less of the original price, it's a good deal.
I too get many of my daughter's birthday presents from the thrift store. I may not be able to keep it up as she gets older, but for now it works:)
THANKS FOR POSTING MYKIDSMOM-
IT'S GOOD TO KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE SEEKING A BARGAIN! I WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SWING $100 FOR THIS AND I HAD LOOKED HARD AT CHRISTMAS FOR A DOLLHOUSE BUT THEY WERE ALL TOO PRICEY...DH JUST HAPPENED TO STUMBLED ACROSS THIS!
