Beef-n-Gravy-another recipe from Tammy's

Tammy sure knows how to come up with great 'pantry' ideas.

This was one that I used with what I could come up with as it was shopping time and the cupboards were nearly cleared out!

I used a bit less beef and threw in some leftover ground turkey sausage from the freezer and I could only find lasagna noodles:-), so I broke them up and cooked them for this dish.

I also found some cauliflower hiding out in the freezer, which made for an all-white meal, but no one complained!

• It would have been better over egg noodles as per Tammy's!
