Leftover French Bread

If you ladies happen to make big batches of bread, like my recipe for 4 loaves found here:'s one of a few dozen things that I like to do with leftovers.
I often get coupons for "I Can;t Believe It's Not Butter", and as you see here, I bought the Garlic-Herb kind. I sliced my bread up, lightly toasted it, then sprayed a few squirts of this on and served with soup for lunch.
It's fat free, lasts a long time, stores in the fridge, and with a good coupon-almost free! A great quick and frugal way to use leftover bread.
*I sometimes sprinkle cheese on , along with the spray, and toast it!
