How much is a (frugal) clothesline? Well, this one here, with mounts and pulleys, was $5.50! -Bought at Big Lots- Pretty neat!

I come from the Northeast. PA, NJ,ME. We had clotheslines. I moved to TX and tried to get a clothes line. I was laughed at! A clothes line with pulleys? "What kind of a dang thing are you talking about? Never heard of such a thing" was all I got. I had to go on vacation to PA, buy the pulleys and tighteners and bring them back here!
LOL, that's funny Peggie! Pulleys are somewhat odd around here. This is the first one that I've had with pulleys and you aught ta see how we rigged this thing up! I'll try to get a pic up. ...Before this one, I had only seen the pulleys in movies that portrayed the North. Down here in the South, you might see a rope strung up on -and with- anything:-)
