A Note on Chicken Quarters


Just a note:
You can skin your quarters, flour them, and place them in a baking dish that is just lightly greased. Bake them at 400 for about 55 minutes and they will 'fry' nicely!
You don't have to use alot of grease or oil, just enough to keep them from sticking until they make their own grease.
