A Nice Sandwich!-on a homemade bun

Here's my recipe for Homemade Buttermilk Buns, HERE however, this one I kinda made up, using eggs in my dough as well. It made this bread a similar texture as Ciabatta bread, which I really liked!
But this made for a nice and frugal lunch!
The buns were pennies and we had enough extra to half and butter for supper.
Meat was on sale/coupon and we used about $1.50 worth.
Cheese, about .75.
Lettuce, about .60.
Onions and tomatoes, cheap clearance (I mean nice and ripe), .40.
Mayo, pennies.
Carrots and broccoli, about $1 at best.
Dessert was leftover Whole Wheat Banana Flax Muffins from breakfast.
I think I kept the meal around my goal; under $5.
