TURKEY POLISH SAUSAGE -skillet dish

This dish is based on something sold at Dollywood.

1 pkg Turkey Polish Sausage

6 or so potatoes, cut into large bite-sized pieces

1 large onion, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

olive oil (or other fat)

Toss potatoes in oil and cook in large skillet until they just begin to get soft.

Add onions and peppers and cook several minutes.

Add sausage and more oil if needed and heat through.

Sometimes I add a few dashes of Emeril's but this has a yummy flavor without it.

Quick, Easy, and Frugal!

We were given some sausages. I think I will make this, but with lots more potatoes, since tend to eat about 7 pounds at a meal :)
