-1 pint of blueberries
-1 cup blackberries
-2 cups rice milk (or any other liquid of your choice)
-1 cup fresh spinach (a great idea from Laura!-I didn't get caught!)
-sweeten to taste (I used about 1/2 cup of cane sugar)
-1 to 2 cups of ice
Whirl in blender or smoothie maker and your kids will think you've been to Sonic!
