This week I'm so thankful for these little jewels! Some very kind friends dug these out of a barn on their parents property-just to give them to me!
I moved several years ago and had to leave mine behind. Well, this being my first garden here,....... you gals know that I'm going to put these sweeties to good use, right?!?!
Yeppers, this week I'm thankful for Mason jars!

*As of this posting, I used almost all of them making lamb and beef broth! I couldn't wait! :-)

Oh wow! I can't believe how many I go through in a season and I don't can nearly as much as you do. By the way do you use a pressure canner? I have been wanting one but am a little nervous of using them.

Oh, how awesome! I got to borrow some from a friend earlier this season. I'm planning to can my first batch of tomato sauce tomorrow!
