A Quick and Easy (Healthy!) Fish Meal


Buttery Sauteed Veggies, Baked Tilapia with a some seasoning, and (leftover)Brown Rice with a dash of Lawry's Seasoning whipped up in about 20 minutes!
*Bake fish at 400 approx.15 minutes until it flakes when pricked with a fork.
