1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 1/4 cup buttermilk or kefir
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 egg
1/2 cup honey
ADD IN: two ways that I've made them today
1) 1 T orange zest and 1/2 cup dried cranberries
2) 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Bake at 375 15 to 20 minutes.
