I had some extra grated ginger so I sent the kiddies to fetch some carrots to make Gingered Carrots! I can hardly wait until they are done!
*Have I mentioned that these tops make for great seasoning?
Place them in with your roasting pan with just about any meat, they add a yummy flavor!
